Comforting Hug

You may feel as if you are alone during this tough time in your life, but we are here to help you get through it. Whether you're struggling with the aftermath of COVID-19 or any other trauma, we are here to help. With the comforting support of Torch Of Hope Inc, you'll find a community of individuals who want to help you cope with grief and loss in Bryans Road, MD. We are proud to serve members of our community who are in need by providing them with any of the following:

  • Victim Emergency Bags
  • Crime Victim Assistance
  • Continued Education
  • Career Funding Assistance
  • School Supply Assistance


Additionally, we assist the community by promoting gun violence awareness, and we also help residents gain a better understanding of how law enforcement and first responders function. Your well-being is the focus of our outreach. Contact our grief support group for help, to make a donation, or volunteer your time.

Our Mission & Purpose

The mission of Torch Of Hope, Inc. is to address the needs of trauma survivors and COVID-19 survivors, as well as others who have lost loved ones due to other circumstances aiming to serve victims/survivors of both reported and unreported crime with services that restore safety and create connections. Placing the victim/survivor at the center of our attention, we listen with care to address any experiences of isolation and distress. We provide important support services and provide referrals as needed. The purpose of the organization is to bring comfort and hope to those survivors and a reason to promote and take those broken pieces from losses to help comfort others to continue with living.
